Steptoe’s Yard Ltd have recently added two articulated vehicles to their fleet.

These HGV’s give us the added capability of delivering materials and machinery across all our contracts without the need to rely on external sub-contract transport companies.

We have also invested in a selection of different trailers, which allows us to transport large demolition machinery up to 35 tonnes, as well as carrying bulk waste and hardcore materials.

These 2 new artic tractor units have been an invaluable addition to our fleet and we have very quickly realised the benefits of having this transport capability and being able to react quickly to transport needs, especially for emergency works where we need to deliver demolition machinery out to a site as soon as possible.

So much has been the benefit that we have ordered a brand new 65t rated artic tractor unit to add to our fleet, which will be delivered shortly. Watch this space!
